Dogs are mans best friend so they say, and as any doggy family owner will tell you, they really do become part of the family. This is probably why we can never leave the family pets out of the party at Christmas time. There are many presents on the market for dogs from Christmas stockings, to Christmas bones, and glitter collars.

There are more presents for the rest of the family that are pet related like keyfobs with your best friends photo on it, even business card holders. I even saw a chopping board with a lovely picture of a loved pet. How sweet is that? For a stocking filler for the kids what about a pencil holder again with the picture of their pet on it. That will make the little darlings tidy there desk up.

A word of caution too. Don't leave your pet dressed up in Christmas stuff unattended. Its great to see, but they can get caught in bushes, get too hot and cause distress to your animal.
Chocolate and candy canes, trees and garlands, Christmas represents the joy of giving and peace and love. Unfortunately for some, Christmas also represents emergency veterinarian visits for obstructed bowels after the tinsel on the tree mysteriously disappears, chocolate poisoning from careless children leaving their treats out, and turkey bones from the garbage that must be removed from an intestine. I know it sounds bad news, but being safe will leave you to Have the safest and happiest Christmas season possible.
